Alexander Schröder

Vice President Finance & Operations

Alex leads the German finance team and manages regular reporting, budgeting and all other financial issues as interface between the Red Arrow Entertainment Group and ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. Moreover he is responsible for the steering of some Red Arrow portfolio companies in the US.

Alex joined Red Arrow in January 2017 from the financial advisor ValueTrust Financial Advisors SE, where he was working on company valuation, portfolio analysis and business planning.

Prior to joining Value Trust, he was working in Group Strategy for MAN Diesel & Turbo and started his career as a consultant in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young.

Alex studied Business Administration at University of Bayreuth and University of California Los Angeles, USA focusing on Finance, Corporate Taxation/Accounting as well as Controlling and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

 

Creative Operations

Mike Timmermann

Senior Vice President Production & Development

Mike focuses on supporting Red Arrow Entertainment's production companies and creative partners in finding, developing and consulting on new programs.

He joined ProSiebenSat.1 in 2011 as Executive Producer at Redseven Entertainment where he focused on producing and developing new formats and ran the local office in Cologne. Prior to this, he was Executive Producer at Endemol Germany where he produced national and international TV productions such as "All You Need Is Love“, "The Whole 19 Yards“, "Wipeout“, and "101 Ways To Leave A Gameshow“. Mike has also worked on a variety of other shows and produced for almost every channel in Germany.

 

Nina Etspüler

Senior Vice President Development & Content Strategy

Nina focuses on identifying and developing TV formats together with Red Arrow's creative teams, and is responsible for consulting with internal and external partners on the Group's roll-out of global IP and productions.

Nina started working for ProSiebenSat.1 in 1999. Originally a producer in the talk-show genre, she switched to the entertainment field in 2002. Nina was responsible for numerous comedy formats including "Elton vs. Simon" and "Comedystreet XXL". Following her prior stint at Red Arrow, Nina moved to Berlin to serve as a producer for the award-winning ProSieben format "Circus HalliGalli".

 

Dave Barber

Creative Producer

Besides working with the group’s creative teams, Dave also focuses on finding and further developing any 3rd party ideas with the potential to become part of Red Arrow’s ever expanding portfolio of television formats.

Dave has worked on shows for all five UK terrestrial channels in both a production and development capacity, with a particular focus on entertainment, comedy and factual-entertainment.
